1Having a knowledge about basic concepts related to quality and quality control
2The ability of designing control charts for variables and interpreting the results
3The ability of designing control charts for attributes and interpreting the results
4The ability of analyzing the process capability and interpreting the results
5To have a knowledge about control charts for nonconformities (defects)
6To have a knowledge about single, double, multiple, and sequential acceptance sampling and to have the ability of applying these techniques.
7To have a knowledge about standard sampling tables
