Objectives of the Course |
The aim of his course is to learn the fundemantals of labor law to students and to inform them about the social functions of labor law, worker – employer relations, rights and duties of workers and emplyoyers, business conflicts and rights of labor unions. |

Course Contents |
To define labor law and to state its relations with other law branches, to teach the sourses of labor law and the concepts of the worker and employer, to state the rights and duties of worker and employer, to inform about contexts of employmet agreement, union rights and actions, strike and lockout. |
