Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course, to teach to students technical drawing of ancient pottery.

1To be able to recognize the forms of ancient pottery
2To be able to understand the stance positions of vessel fragments
3To be able to draw the section and the profile of the pottery
4To be able to complete the missing sections of pottery on the drawing.
5To be able to realize the technical drawing of the pottery by the different tools.
6To be able to transfer the pattern on the pottery to the drawing.

Course Contents
The importance and place of pottery in archaeology will be discussed. The methods of the technical drawing will be told and practised on the ancient pottery fragments.
