Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to give fundamental legal information which is tought to be useful for students’ career. Through out the course, some fundamental legal concepts will be taught and students will be prepared for other law related courses. Besides, it is very important that graduate students of business administration department will gain legal knowledge to be able to solve legal issues in their career.

Learning Outcomes
1To be able to gain knowledge in the field of law, to learn the methods of reaching and interpreting of its sources, to adopt the purpose of the law and to gain legal perspective,
2To able to solve the legal problems that emerge in the different functions of businesses by using scientific methods, interpret data and interpret the results,
3To be able to use theoretical and practical knowledge gained in the basic fields of law and associate them with knowledge of the other fields of the business administration.

Course Contents
This course aims to teach basic concepts and knowledge of law. The main issues of this course are the subject, definition and aim of law, classification of public law and private law, the concepts of the person, the rights and the legal relations.
