Objectives of the Course
•By continuing to handle the basic concepts of finance that are started to be given in Financial Management I course, it is aimed to present information that will help students to solve financial problems they will encounter in business life.

Course Contents
As an continuation to Financial Management I, this course aims to to give information about financial decisions and tools of finance function. In this context, the subjects of cost of capital, financial leverage and capital structure, dividends and dividend policy, short-term finance and planning, cash and liquidity management, credit and inventory management, mergers and acquisitions will be explained.
