Objectives of the Course
The main issues of this course are the law of the commercial enterprise and the company law. As a result, the purpose of this course is to develop knowledge and understanding of the principles of legal issues relating to legal commercial relations for the students of the department of business administration.

Learning Outcomes
1To be able to gain knowledge in the field of commercial law, to learn the methods of reaching and interpreting of its sources, to adopt the purpose of the law and to gain legal perspective,
2To able to solve the legal commercial problems that emerge in the different functions of businesses by using scientific methods, interpret data and interpret the results,
3To be able to use theoretical and practical knowledge gained in the basic fields of commercial law and associate them with knowledge of the other fields of the business administration.

Course Contents
This course aims to teach law of the commercial enterprise and the company law. The main issues of this course are subject of commercial law, enterprise, commercial transactions, merchant, intellectual property rights, trade marks, unfair competition, competition law, company law, business and ordinary partnerships.
