Objectives of the Course
To discuss the scientific research process as applied in agricultural economics. To develop a coherent viewpoint about introducing the stages of scientific research process and qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, preparing research in agricultural economics according to morals, writing research report and ensuring effective use of computers through all these stages.

Research philosophy, scientific research process, research topic/problem identification, sources of data, critical source selection, development of hypotheses, development of research problems and objectives, research planning, data collection, sampling concepts and designs, quantitative analysis methods, qualitative analysis methods, reporting with computer applications.
