Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to provide students, to recognize the properties of aquaculture in the facilities that produce sea and freshwater fish, to grasp the latest technological developments of the cultured fish in the sea and inland, prepearing the culture conditions, to practice the production techniques and to examine of the necessary infrastructure for all these.

Course Contents
Includes the observation of the all production processes in the sea and freshwater fish facilities, and the use of aquaculture techniques and infrastructure elements.

2-Observation the technical features in the companies that produce juvenile fish.
3-technical infrastructure in the companies that produce adult trout, and working in the farm.

5-Participation to the shellfish and crustaceans production studies
6-Observation about the gilthead sea bream, sea bass and the new(alternative) species.
7-Participation to the production process in the sea fish production enterprise.
8Midterm exam Report-
9-New (alternative) species in the sea fish, working in the enterprise.
10-the enterprises which produce gilthead sea bream and sea bass. Technical trip to the marine fish hatchery
11-Observation the new production methods
12-The cage farms in the marine fish aquaculture. working in a cage farm.
13-The companies that produce fish in the inlands and sea with net cages. Technical trip to freshwater net cage enterprise.
