In this course, the main concepts of supply chain management, value chain, supply chain and competitive advantages, the design of Supply chain system, supply & demand planning in supply chain system, developing supply chain management strategies, inventory and order management in supply chain, optimization, utilization of information, the factors that lead the performance of the supply chain and information technologies in supply chain topics will be addressed.
