Objectives of the Course
• It is aimed to emphasize the importance of production management in terms of management strategies in this course. Determining the proper production strategy, which is suitable for the objectives of the business, accordingly examining the strategic and tactical decisions and within the decision process teaching the numerical methods are the aims of the course.

Course Contents
The aim of this course is examining the production function in a strategical view. From this perspective, the strategic decisions will be dealed seperately. Accordingly, the planning decisions in the production systems, inventory control and the methods and techniques that are related to these subjects will be approached. Term projects and case studies will be carried out.
