• To introduce the electronic flat knitting machines of Shima-Seiki company • To explain the technical principles of these machines • To explain the patterning languages for these machines • To create new designs using SDS1 patterning system

Course Contents
Introduction to Shima-Seiki electronic knitting machines (that commonly used in tricot sector), identify of their working principles and systems, patterning languages for these machines, pattern creating using SDS1 design computer in knitting training mill, analysis a knitting garment sample and creating its design.
