Course Contents
Various garnishing techniques are used to make difference in products and to increase charm of products, such as garments and home textiles in apparel production. The choice of garnishing materials and techniques may beautify the product, but incorrect choices can lead to worse results. For this reason, decoration techniques and material selection criteria will be emphasized. In the scope of this course the techniques, machinery, materials and their application areas used for garnishing in clothing industry will be dwelled on. Later, the students will be able to apply various garnishing methods, those, they have designed.
