Objectives of the Course
The objectives of this course are Establishing linear communication among social groups with respect to human psychology; Eliminating behavioral disorders in the process of socialization; Improving the motivation for cooperation and productivity; Contributing national prosperity and economy with new human inputs and Bringing conscience about a modern citizenship in people.

1Improving the conformity and competence of students in starting out their business career.
2Ensuring the students to perceive the priorities of business life, to be informed about their position and to manage the discipline and productivity relationship in their work environment.

4Coordinating their responsibility level with division of labor and enterprise hierarchy.
5Ensuring efficiency in their leisure time and socialization activities.
6Improving their knowledge about the methods for eliminating the communication problems in either individualistic or enterprise perspective and informing them about the cases of application

Course Contents
The content of the course is primarily learning about the health of the individual and the conditions that effect the individual's tranquility, happiness and productivity in work environments. It is aimed to inform the students about the studies, experiments and literature related to this field and improve their knowledge about the corresponding applications.
