Course Contents
This course aims to teach the basic concepts and approaches that in connection with total quality management. In this course, concept of quality and main philosophies of quality, strategic quality planning, continuous process improvement, benchmarking, information technology, quality management systems, quality function deployment, total productivity maintenance, management tools, statistical process control subjects will be addressed.
