Objectives of the Course
This course aims to strategically evaluate retailing and develop an understanding of the challenges faced in the beginning of retailing, management, growth and ultimately in retailing. In this context, the basic functions of retailing such as decision making tools, planning, strategy formulation, implementation and control applied in retail management will be handled.
