• To acquaint students with project management concepts and methods. • To develop competencies in assessing project needs and schedule activities. • To develop competencies in project selection, organization, identification and planning of project content, timing and cost, and scheduling and managing projects by using computer software.

Course Contents
The aim of this course is to acquaint students with project management principles and project management methods. After introduction, the techniques of project selection, organization, identification and planning of project content, timing and cost, and projects scheduling and management will be addressed.
