The aim of this course is to teach all parts of internal combustion engines and how they work.

Basic Concepts of internal combustion engines, Classification of internal combustion engines, Thermodynamic Basics of internal combustion engines and Cycles, Theoretical and Real Thermic Cycles, Working Principles of Two and Four-Stroke Cycle Engines, Engine Power, Characteristics of Engine, Piston and Crankshaft Kinematics, Engine Systems (Ignition System, Fuel System, Cooling System, Lubricating System).
