1To explain and apply methods that will be use for agricultural real estate according to types(land, orchard, building etc.)
2To understand price-value discrimination
3To explain terms of agricultural real estate
4To understand and apply criteria and methods will use for purpose (expropriation, taxation, credit practice, etc.) in agricultural real estate
5To collect, evaluate and comment data about agricultural real estate
6To understand and apply econometric methods about real estate valuation
7To understand legal procedures related to valuation in Turkey
8To acquire required data for valuation report preparation about public and private organizations and real persons
9To compare and apply valuation methods in Turkey and different countries
10To understand importance of trained technical staff and researchers in basic and practical research in agricultural real estate valuation
