• Explanation of methods used in soil fertility.İmportant points in application of pot experiments,pot volume and type,plant species and number,replication,cleaning of pots,fertilizer application,sowing,thinning,,calculation of fertilizer requirement,harvest and interpretation.Biological methods:Neubauer ,Mitscherlich ,Jenny method and Colwell.Microbilogical methods:Sekera method (application and interpretation of results of biological and microbilogical methods).Tissue tests
