The aim of this course is to predicted of actual and potential soil erosion and made planning of soil conservation.

5Able to critize soil loss tolerans value depending on conditions,
6Capable of maked necessary suggestion to decrease soil loss below tolerans value.

Effective parameters for water erosion. Rainfall-runoff erosivity factor. Soil erodibility factor. Slope length-steepness factor. Cover management factor. Support practice factor. Soil loss tolerance (T). Universal soil loss equation (USLE) and (RUSLE). Estimated average soil loss in tons per hectare per year. Corine and İcona method.
