Objectives of the Course
Objectives of the course are to examine sewing threads and their production methods, to express performance criterions, to explain production methods of the yarns except conventional yarns, especially for technical uses and recognize their properties.

Sewing threads, production methods of sewing threads, properties of sewing threads, test methods of sewing threads, air-jet and false twist texturing principles and applications, test methods peculiar to textured yarns, hard and soft core spun yarns and equipments, friction, wrapped and air-jet spinning systems and machines.
