Objectives of the Course
In this lecture, planning concepts, types of plans, planning stages, planning models and methods of planning and management in aquaculture companies will be teached to the students. The aim is to make students able to analyze and planning of a aquaculture facility where needed. To transfer the knowledge of determining the potential risks that a company would face and preparing a realistic future estimation of the company by the help of modelling methods will also be aimed.

1Get knowledge on planning models and the models of planning that widely used in aquaculture plants and be able discuss.
2Get knowledge on simulation bio-economic model practices for aquaculture and be able to comment
3Able to make performance power and balance analyzes in aquaculture companies and be able to make right decisions and discuss for the future of company,
4Able to make swot analyzes for the aquaculture companies, be able to produce theory.
5Get knowledge on production and company planning on aquaculture sector and be able to make discussion,evaluate and present.

Concepts of plan and planning, production and company planning in aquaculture, strategic planning, planning stages, practices on planning models for aquaculture companies, planning techniques, swot analyzes, production planning, practices on simulation bio-economic model for aquaculture management, performance power and balance analyzes in aquaculture companies.
