Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is understanding of national-international legal procedure for conduction of organic aquaculture and also determination of procedure for organic aquaculture depend on cultured species

Course Contents
In this course, description and basic principles of organic aquaculture, legal procedures and main properties of site for organic aquaculture, transition periods for cultured species, main criteria for broodstock, parallel culture, requirements for fish welfare, characteristics of organic food and organic culture conditions for different species will be described in detail.
