Objectives of the Course
The main aim of the course is to make a detailed analysis the factors composing the power of religious classes in Turkic World.

1Graduates become aware of ideological and social processes take place in the formation of cultural and political events. (3, 6)
2Graduates learn about emergence of symbolic elites in social-cultural life, the ideological and social roots of their leadership and their functions. (8,12)
3Graduates gain the ability of analyzing the formation of political structures and reshaping of social fields by learning about social classes effective in Turkish world. (14)

Course Contents
Various religious classes have played serious roles in the formation of cultural, social and even political events in Turkic World. Economic power and opinion leaders of the some groups have turned out to be these religious leaders. Important mental and intellectual leaders have also aroused from these classes.
