Objectives of the Course
The Balkans are where we can see the instances of migration, minority rights, multiculturalism, law, politics, multiidentity, indentity and culture conflicts, international conflicts and resolutions, security, EU membership, competition, cooperation and conflicts. Main problems of this territory will be elaborated with historical, political, economical, legal perspectives and current developments.

2The history of states in the Balkans and to understand the roots of current conflicts.

Course Contents
Mainly, the constitutions of the Balkan countries, legal arrangements, political structures, cultural structures and current issues will be analyzed. Wars in the Balkans, migration and peace processes, the problems among Crotia, Albenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Romenia, Serbia, Turkey and Greece will be discussed.
