Course Contents
Fundamental concepts of logistics and materials management, the objectives and the functions of materials and inventory management, product tree, classification of inventories by using ABC analysis, MRP, MRP II, DRP, DRP II, ERP, inventory control models, Inbound and outbound logistics applications, logistics and warehouse management, the importance of warehouse location choice, the techniques that used for stating the facility location and warehouse control systems will be discussed.
