Objectives of the Course
“Molecular Biology” is a continuation of General Biology course with a particular emphasis on nucleic acids. DNA and RNA molecules are covered in a detailed aspect and regulation of gene expression is particularly emphasized. The students are aimed to gain a general understanding cell-cycle control, gene expression and cell-to-cell signaling pathways in relation cancer. The students will also instructed on DNA and RNA manipulations.
