To provide knowledge on chemical industry in Turkey; To provide the knowledge on water treatment methods depending on its uses area; To provide the knowledge on the processes used in production of some inorganic chemicals; Understanding the flow charts related to production proses, chemical and physical process in these diagrams. 1Understanding the chemical industry in Turkey and its problems.
2Explaining the whole chemical process from raw material to product by simple flow charts
3Understanding the methods used for the conversion of raw materials or interediates to valuable products and ability choose most suitable method.
4 Undestanding the physical and chemical events in flow charts, explaining the effect of hazardous by-products on health and their disposal
5Understanding the reclamation methods of by-products.
6To define the water quality used in industry and water treatment methods depending on its usage area.
7To insight some production process in Turkey and world.

General introduction of türkish chemical industry, impurities in water, treatment methods, sulphur and sulphuric acid, industrial gases, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, chlorine-alkali industry, Türkiye Kimya Sanayinin genel tanıtımı, suda safsızlığa neden olan maddelerin tanımlanması, saflaştırma yöntemleri, kükürt ve sulfuric, fertilizers
