Objectives of the Course
To be capable to understand the problem of world energy sources. To be capable to understand the processes which are present in petrochemical industry and some organic technologies. Introducing the current organic processes and discuss about their situation in the world and our country.

1To be able to discuss about the energy sources in Turkey and in the world.
2To have general knowledge about alternative energy sources and to be able to discuss about the alternative energy sources in Turkey.
3To comprehend the processes which applied to crude oil.
4To comprehend the processes which used in petrochemical industry
5To be able to understand and explain the process in chemical industry.
6To comprehend the processes of paper and cellulose, surfactants and dye industry.
7To comprehend the usage of oil in food and chemical industries.
