Objectives of the Course
The objective of the course is to define the concept and types of news intelligence, to evaluate the relations with news sources, to discuss the transforming relations of journalists and news sources along with digital developments by the evaluation of news texts. Intelligence gathering and problems of attribution to news sources are other major topics of the course planned to be discussed in order to undergird the basic theoretical knowledge of course attendants.
