Objectives of the Course
The main objective of the course is to make students understand the principles of general microbiology, history of microbiology, classification, naming of bacteria, their morphological features, biochemical characteristics, enzymes, growth, reproduction and the factor effect the reproduction, the control of bacterial growth.

7To use the chemical materials and physicological methods on control of bacterial reproduction

The bacterial classification, morphological and physological features of bacteria, colony morphology, biochemical characterstic of bacteria, their growth, reproduction, the factor effect the their reproduction, control of bacterial reproduction.
