Objectives of the Course
The main objectives of this course are to be learning of significance and principles of classification, taxonomic units and naming technique, systematic status and evolution of fish, important morphological and anatomical characters in fish taxonomy, the distribution of marine fish and, families and species of jawless, cartilaginous and bony fishes.
