Objectives of the Course
The purpose of this lesson is, to learn the methods of sampling and research in limnology; be able to understand the application of these methods and to provide having the information on legislation for the implementation.

Learning Outcomes
1To learn morphometry of lakes and rivers concepts and the calculation parameters which are relevant.
2To know water sampling tools for different purposes, to learn how to use of these instruments.
3To identify the methods which are used for measure the physical factors of the water and understand them.
4To identify the methods how to use of measure the water's chemical factors and understand the application.
5To learn biological sampling methods and the implementation of the limnology.

Identification of habitats in the limnological works; water sampling methods for different purposes; methods which are used for determine the physical and chemical factors of water; methods which are used for the biological sample in lakes and rivers and evaluation of results; sampling legislation.
