1To have a general knowledge about the history of Ottoman period
2To learn the architecture of Ottoman period in chronological order
3To be able to evaluate the art of Ottoman period considering the history
4To identify the structures of Ottoman period particularly by architectural and decoration characteristics
5To have a detailed knowledge about the structure types of the architecture belonging to Ottoman period like mosques, tombs, madrasahs and city caravanserais

Course Contents
In this lesson the mosques, tombs, city caravanserais and madrasahs belonging to Ottoman period are going to be studied in chronological order. The Ottoman mosques in Anatolia are going to be examined in three periods as early, classical and post-classical.
