Objectives of the Course
The works of movable handicrafts in Turkish Art which produced from the materials like wood, metal, glass, leather, gypsum, paper and cloth will be examined by technical details, production conditions and pattern and composition characteristics.

1To learn the production technics of movable handicraft works in Turkish Arts
2To have detailed information about carpet, miniature, gilding, glass art, marbling, metalworking, calligraphy arts.
3To be able to evaluate the characteristics of pattern and composition of movable handicraft works in Turkish Art considering the periods that they belonged to.
4To be able to evaluate the works of movable handicrafts considering Turkish Art History

Course Contents
First of all the production technics of movable handicraft works in Turkish Art will be taught in this lesson. The pattern and composition characteristics of these works will be examined in chronological order and they will be evaluated considering the art of the period that they belonged to.
