Learning Outcomes
1To be able to determinate the swimming level of the athlete and find out the suitable level of competition to it
2To be able to determine the suitable training periods and the amount of time of that periods for the target competition.
3To be able to train the necessary energy systems by choosing suitable loading methods which are useful according to the properties of that training period.
