Objectives of the Course
The objectives of this course are; to teach all the details of basic biomotoric abilities, to be able to write and to comment training programs in terms of these abilities’ development, to the students.

1To be able to understand the structure of skeleton muscle, muscle pro-prioseptors and muscle contraction mechanisms, contraction and fibril types according to the training science
2To be able to understand the theory and the applications of strength trainings
3To be able to understand the theory and the applications of speed trainings
4To be able to understand the theory and the applications of endurance trainings
5To be able to learn and comment the training program writing in terms of learned theoretical and application information of biomotoric abilities
