The objectives of this course are; to teach the coordinative biomotoric abilities and all details of child and junior related training programs.

Course Contents
The relations between the programs which are written for children, junior, adult and elders, by considering the basic principals of training science and coordinative abilities.

6Review of physiological and psycho motoric properties of learning, development and performance level groups
7Explanation of the basic properties of trainings in children, junior, adult and elders
8Visa examination
9Theoretical explanation of strength trainings in children, junior, adult and elders
10Unit training program writing exercises for different types of strength and sport branches in children, junior, adult and elder individuals
11Theoretical explanation of speed trainings in children, junior, adult and elders.
12Unit training program writing exercises for different types of speed and sport branches in children, junior, adult and elder individuals
13Theoretical explanation of endurance trainings in children, junior, adult and elders
14Unit training program writing exercises for different types of endurance and sport branches in children, junior, adult and elder individuals
