Objectives of the Course
The objectives of this course are; to teach the properties of over training, altitude trainings and microcycle, messocycle, macrocycle, olympic cyclus planning.

Course Contents
The structure of microcycle, messocycle, macrocycle, olympic cyclus planning formed as a result of integration of all learned issues about training science, and, the application differences of this structure on different age and performance levels.
