Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to evaluate the possible harmful effects of chemical substances other than pharmaceuticals on biological systems. To train students with sufficient knowledge to evaluate non-drug chemicals together with systemic toxic effects, drugs, nutrition and individual characteristics.

Learning Outcomes
1To be able to explain toxicology of non-drug substances
2Understanding the toxic behaviors and possible toxic effects mechanisms of non-drug substances in mammals, knowing their target systems, and the undesirable results in these systems, to be able to comment, analytic thinking and problem solving when cases are encountered.
3Demonstrate an understanding of the mechanisms underlying in toxicity induced by metals, organic solvents, food and drug additives, pesticides, natural toxins, air pollution and household products
