- Separation methods (crystallization, extraction, distillation and chromatography) in organic chemistry . - Determination of physical constants of organic molecules (melting and boiling points, density, molecular weight and specific polarization). - Elemental and functional group analysis, derivatization and identification.- Reaction mechanisms
