Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to introduce student to the various types of communication technologies throughout history while also keeping an eye on the economic, cultural and social developments that shaped them. The material will be delivered under such basic chapters as oral culture, chirographic culture, typographic culture and electronic culture. The objective in this is to help students to delevop a basic understanding on the history of communication.
