Objectives of the Course
This course will focus on major theoretical approaches and research in the field of cultural studies. The goal of the course will be to enable participants to understand the dynamics of modern and postmodern culture. It particularly concentrates on popular culture texts (film, fanzines and television programs) and techno / cyberculture for examining the theories and concepts of cultural studies.
