*To be able to communicate with self-esteem and self-confidence, *To be able to express their feelings and thoughts clearly, *To be able to protect their self-esteem and respectability of the others when expressing their feelings and thoughts, *To be able to communicate without being aggressive, *To be able to communicate without being shy, *To be able to make self-criticism, *To be able to improve their self-confidence,, *To be able to know themselves and make self-control (SWOT), *To be able to express themselves correctly in health care team and advocate their professional rights, *To be able to take an active role in health care team and advocate the patients' rights, *To be able to focus on being successful and develop the skill of upgrading internal motivation
