Objectives of the Course
The objectives of this course are to enable students to learn tools and training apparatuses of trampoline, rules of competition, international and national special instructions, basic movement skills, safety spotting techniques, biyomotor abilities developed by trampoline sport and trampoline which is a Olympic sport in a competition is a skill development tool.
