Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is the examination of shooting and training techniques in Archery and application of modern techniques for target archery shooting and training.

History of Arhery, Safety in Arhery And Regulations Basic Archery Teaching Levels Bow and bow types. Risers, types and sizes Recurve Bow equipments and functions. Limbs and building materials. Limb types and sizes. Compound Bow. Teaching the basic skills: Stand, push, draw, anchor position and release control. Arrow and Arrow Types. Archer equipments and functions. Archery Game Rules Correct Bow Selection. Arrow lenght and bow size. Stabilizers. String, Brace height. String materials and number of strands. Serving Materials. String Making. Bow tuning. Plunger, Tuning of clicker and arrow rest. Tuning of nock point and plunger. Compound bow tests. Fine Tuning. Arrow selection. Arrow cutting, fletching, nocking and point selection. “Spine” in archery. Consantration. Training types. Coordination training in archery. Daily and weekly training programs Observation and observation types in archery. Archery Rules.

1History of Archery, Safety in Arhery And Regulations Shooting Line, Waiting Line. Safety of Target Zone. Basic Stand and stand forms.
2Basic Archery Teaching Levels Tests for find the correct stand. Tests for determinate the dominant hand and eye.
3Bow and bow types. Risers, types and sizes Standing, pushing, and drawing the with correct muscles.
4Recurve Bow equipments and functions. Standing, pushing and drawing the bow. Anchor Positions.
5Limbs and building materials. Limb types and sizes. Compound Bow. Koordination training. Strengthening the basic draw skill.
6Teaching the basic skills: Stand, push, draw, anchor position and release control. Basic Form Works with rubber. Release Work.
7Arrow and Arrow Types. Archer equipments and functions. Archery Game Rules Basic Skill work. Rubber training. Technical shoot from short distance.
