Objectives of the Course
The aim of this lesson is to supply the students to understand the generalities and containing drugs of primary and secondary metabolism produsts occured as the results of biosynthesis mechanisms in plants and to associate this groups and their usages in therapies.

1Knowledge of all metabolite groups of biosynthetic pathways in plants.
2Chemical identificiation of phytochemical molecule groups
3Understanding the biological effects of metabolite groups and the importance in terms of pharmacy
4Learning the plants containing different metabolite groups and their usage in therapy
5Recognize all medicinal molecules sourced of plants.

Course Contents
Metabolism and metabolism products in plants. Biosynthesis pathways in plants and resulted different metabolite groups. Generalities, physicochemical characters, chemical structures, identification methodes, isolation and determination methodes, biological activities of this metabolite groups. Drugs containing this metabolite groups and generalities of this drugs and plants.
