Objectives of the Course
At the end of this cource, our students are able to inquire environmental perspective of local administration bodies and public (Non Govermental Organizations), also they are able to investigate reuires of sustainable environment with participatory approaches and they are able to forward them to applications

1To be able to criticize local administrations in the framework of environmental rights and laws
2To be able to examine and compare scope of environmental management and local administration activities in the world and Turkey
3Identification of the concept of local administration and its components and tools; Identification of duties and responsibilities of local administration within environmental management; Identification of laws, regulations and guidelines which effect local administrations
4To be able to axplicate duties and responsibilities of judgment, legislation, execution, media and NGO’s as components of local administrations within environmental utilities
5To be able to explicate local administrations within the environmental rights and laws
6To be able to explicate legal and administrative structure for local administrations
7To be able to explicate local administrations in the framework of international obligations depending within the scope of environmental management and utilities
8To be able to recognize the concept of local administration and its bodies and components
